In our sea buckthorn seed oil, the natural Omega 3 and Omega 6 are in an almost perfect 1:1 ratio that is rare to see on a plant in the natural world. Rich in vitamin E, sea buckthorn oil also provides other vitamins including vitamins A, C, D, K etc, carotenoids, flavonoids, phytosterols, essential amino acids, and trace elements.
