Product use

Amine catalyst CS90 is a compound tertiary amine catalyst specially developed for chlorinated solvent foaming soft mass foam.

Amine catalyst CS90 provides excellent properties in dichloromethane soft box foam and other traditional foaming systems, such as increased aeration, enhanced foam softness, better balance of foaming reaction and gel reaction, easier control, and compatibility with other foaming agents.

Amine catalyst CS90 is suitable for medium and high density, high rebound and slow rebound sponges. In medium and high density, it can provide good tolerance, with the activity 1.4 times that of A33 and the dosage of about 0.6 parts of A33.

Application

The products is the typical representative of hindered phenol antioxidants, non-poisonous, nondiscolouring as well as nonstaining and is an excellent top-quality approved in international. It is widely used in a variety of polymer materials, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyrethane, polystyrene, polyxymethylene, PBT, ABS, polyamide, synthetic rubber and so on. It is also a high grade antioxidant for natural and synthetic oil.
