1. The machine adopts a crankshaft and a servo motor control instead of traditional cam transmission, which has no need for oil lubrication .This solves the negative effects of cam and bearing wearing when machine run at high speed.

2. XZT-150 changes the working procedure of bottom sealing. Firstly the leister hot air pre-heats the cup side and paper cup bottom to put them together.This procedure makes fast sealing when the hot and cold paper contact each other. Secondly it initiates the knurling process , making the paper cup bottom seal more firmly while the machine operates at high speed.

3. The machine uses servo indexing mechanism which is new in the field ,replacing the traditional paper cup machine which uses the Geneva indexing mechanism. The Servo indexing mechanism has no need for oil lubricant and frequent maintenance.

4. XZT-150 is more flexible for the machine self-adjustment when the machine changes its speed, even when the machine works in unfavourable conditions.
